What type of hair does NAYYVII offer?

NAYYVII specializes in premium raw Cambodian hair, beginning with the Temptress Straight Collection.

All NAYYVII bundles are:

Because the hair is raw and untreated, it maintains its natural strength, body, and movement over time.

How long does NAYYVII last?

With proper care, NAYYVII can last up to six years.

Longevity depends on several factors including installation method, heat usage, routine maintenance, and overall handling. Because the hair is raw and unprocessed, it is designed to be reused and reinstalled over time when cared for properly.

Does raw hair shed or tangle?

Like natural hair, some minimal shedding can occur.

NAYYVII bundles are constructed to reduce shedding when handled and installed properly. To maintain the hair, we recommend gentle detangling, limiting excessive heat, and avoiding cutting the wefts whenever possible.

Following a proper care routine will help preserve the hair’s quality over time.

Can NAYYVII hair be colored or styled?

Yes. Because the hair is 100% raw Cambodian hair, it can be colored, heat styled, and worn in different styles just like natural hair.

For best results, professional coloring and proper heat protection are recommended to maintain the quality of the hair.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of raw hair extensions and hygiene standards, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If you believe you received a defective item, please contact us within three business days of delivery with clear photos and order details. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Where does NAYYVII ship?

NAYYVII currently ships within the United States only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

What is your order processing time?

Orders require 3 to 5 business days for processing, excluding weekends and holidays.

During collection launches or restocks, processing times may extend slightly. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

How long does shipping take?

After processing, standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.

Because of this, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted. Please review your items, selected lengths, and shipping address carefully before completing checkout.

What happens if a chargeback is filed?

Chargebacks submitted for valid orders may be treated as fraudulent disputes.

NAYYVII reserves the right to submit documentation to banks and payment processors, restrict future purchases associated with the account, and pursue further action in cases of abuse or fraud.
