Order Processing
All orders placed with NAYYVII House of Seduction require 3 to 5 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
During collection launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
Shipping Policy
NAYYVII currently ships within the United States only.
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after processing, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery timeframes may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors outside of our control.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked Delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. NAYYVII is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been confirmed delivered by the carrier.
If a delivery issue occurs, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request further assistance.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders are prepared promptly after they are placed. For this reason, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully, including selected lengths, quantities, and shipping information, before completing their purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of raw hair extensions and hygiene standards, all sales are final.
NAYYVII does not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed. This policy ensures the integrity and quality of all hair products distributed to our clients.
Defective Items
If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact info@nayyvii.com within three (3) business days of delivery.
Your email must include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• A description of the concern
Each case will be reviewed individually, and our team will respond with the appropriate next steps.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Submitting a chargeback for a valid order may be treated as a fraudulent dispute.
NAYYVII reserves the right to submit documentation to payment processors and financial institutions, restrict future purchases associated with the account, and pursue further action in cases of abuse or fraud.
